These Terms govern use of Rage Raptors Giveaway, operated by Rage Raptors.

Service description

Rage Raptors Giveaway is a subscription SaaS platform for giveaway management, participant operations, livestream chat integrations, and browser overlays for broadcast teams and creators.

Account requirements

Users must provide accurate registration details and maintain account security. You are responsible for activity in your account.

Acceptable use and prohibited abuse

You may not abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or use the service for unlawful activity, credential abuse, automated attacks, or harmful content distribution.

Subscription billing and automatic renewal

Paid plans are billed on recurring cycles and renew automatically until canceled. Paddle acts as merchant of record for payment processing.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically refund a completed billing period. Refund requests are reviewed under applicable law and Paddle policies.

Service availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, outages, and third-party failures may occur.

Intellectual property

The platform software, branding, and related assets remain the property of Rage Raptors or licensors.

User content

You retain rights to your content and grant a limited license to process and display it for service operation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and liability is limited for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for material breaches, abusive behavior, or legal compliance reasons.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
