Customers may contact support to request a refund.

Requests are reviewed based on circumstances, applicable consumer law, and Paddle policies.

Duplicate or unauthorized charges should be reported promptly for investigation.

Canceling a subscription prevents future renewal but does not automatically refund a completed billing period.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
